Green Screen Photography/Video
1. Make a READ poster featuring you with a favorite book. Use Do Ink green screen app and then add words to the image using the Typorama app. Search https://www.pexels.com/

2. Put yourself in the vacation location of your dreams! Take a photo of yourself in front of the green screen and then use the Do Ink app to add the background location of your choice.

Keva Plank Challenges
1. Build a marble run. (We'll use the small gold balls to test it.) For cool sound effects, include one or more staircases.
2. Build the highest structure you can using only 20 planks.
2. Build a car, boat, or plane.

1. Index Card Challenge - We'll do this together to start.

6. Cardboard Boat
Using cardboard and duct tape, make a boat that will float in a plastic bin filled with water.  See how many pennies you can load into it before it sinks.

7.  Pencil Catapult
Using No. 2 pencils and rubber bands, build a catapult. Directions are available HERE. See how far you can launch a variety of items.

8. Paper Chain Challenge

What is the longest chain you can make out of one piece of construction paper? You can use scissors and glue in addition to the piece of construction paper.

Poetry
1. Write original poems using the Magnetic Poetry Kit and steel bookends.

2. Make Blackout Poems using pages out of old books. Find directions and examples HERE.
